Deposits are non refundable. It can be applied to a future date If your event is postponed. The $200 Deposit will hold the requested date and will be designated as a Security Deposit, to be returned within seven (7) business days after your event. The Security Deposit is held separately from the total cost, therefore, it will not reduce the price listed/total rental fee of the venue.
You should receive a contract detailing the terms and conditions for your event within 24 hours of the day you place the Deposit. If you do not, please contact us @ 862.279.7300.If the date you requested is not available, The Suite Spot will contact you.
You have 48 hours from the time you receive your contract to review the terms, decide, and inform us that you would not like to move forward with us. In this event, you will receive your deposit back.
